01: 6160(6139) keyboard does not respond after the host is powered on
A:(1) It may be that the new host does not have the proper address code. Firstly, press [1][3] at the same time, enter the address code as 01, and press ※ to exit. Generally, it can be used normally.
(2) See whether the 1 and 2 terminals of the host have AC 165 volts? Do terminals 6 and 7 have 12 volts of DC? If the 16.5 volt voltage is abnormal, the 220 volt AC power supply or transformer may be damaged. Check and replace it so that the power supply is normal. If there is no DC 12 volts output on the host or the voltage is abnormal, send it to repair
(3) Check whether the connection between the host and the keyboard is correct? If no, please correctly connect the wiring terminal 6789 according to the wiring diagram corresponding to the keyboard cable color red, black, green and yellow. If it is not displayed, please contact the direct supplier for repair.
02:Vista 120 host always in the System Reset position, how to operate also can not, why?

03:6160(6139) Keyboard display SYSTEM LOBAT
A:(1). Is the backup battery not connected? If not, you need to connect the battery or the condition is normal by default.
(2) If connected, check whether the backup battery voltage is insufficient. (Remove from the host and measure with a multimeter), the reason for the voltage insufficiency may be insufficient charging time, please continue charging. Second, the batteries are aging and need to be replaced.
04:6 The 160(6139) keyboard displays SYSTEM LOBAT and cannot be deployed.
A: The factory value of 05 item of the host menu programming is "()". Low voltage can not be deployed. If you really need to change to "1", low voltage can also be deployed. But this change needs to be done carefully.
