Features of I/A Series system System reliability and security: The open structure of the whole network makes the failure of any one processor or workstation will not affect the operation function of other workstations. This is determined by the topology of the network. Both the node bus and the field bus adopt redundant structure to provide perfect transmission error detection technology. The node bus interface adopts a 32-bit error detection code and sends the information from each processor together to provide retransmission in error detection and enhance system security and reliability. I/A Series system network access to the system is based on configurable password-protected environments that limit all users to the displays, applications, and configurations they need to do their jobs, without providing an environment that could cause misoperation. FBM (Field input/output module) can be set by the software to maintain the state in case of communication failure, even if the superior control processor has failed, or the double redundant communication cables have been cut, and even all the superior control and operation management stations have been cut off. FBM adopts redundant power supply and continues to maintain the output until the system is restored. Then the superior control processor takes over the control. In addition, if the UPS power supply and system backup power supply of the whole system are cut off, the battery backup power supply is still provided in the power supply system of I/A Series, which can continue to power the memory in all FBM. As long as the system power supply is restored, FBM will set the output value according to the parameters before power failure to ensure the continuity of process control. The FBM card is equipped with control software to perform sequence control, ladder logic control, accident recall processing, digital-to-analog conversion, input/output signal processing, data communication and processing of intelligent field signals (intelligent transmitters, intelligent flowmeters, etc.). It can improve the speed of field control and reduce the burden of control processor. Each analog input/output point is provided with active and passive input terminals, and the access mode can be freely selected on site.

The I/A Series system uses the most advanced CMOS electronic component technology, non-metallic material conduction cooling. All components are surface-mounted technology (SMT), the size is small, the electronic components are fully sealed, effectively isolating the electronic devices from the polluted environment, thus greatly reducing the user's power consumption, air conditioning and space needs, to ensure that the hardware is highly reliable. The fully sealed feature is more advantageous in the wet and rainy environment of the south, and the card is completely maintenance-free. All cards can be plugged and unplugged with power. No special anti-static measures are required. Unlike other systems, the I/A Series power supply uses a matrix power supply system, which adopts a non-outage power supply mode for important processors, rather than a centralized backup power supply mode like other systems. (I/A Series low-power processors make this a reality). On the whole, the structure of I/A S has implemented safe and reliable ideas everywhere: The node bus is redundant configuration between the workstation and the node bus, the node bus is redundant, the control processor is fault-tolerant, the fieldbus between the control processor and the I/O card is redundant, and each analog channel on the I/O card is isolated from each other, and the switching channel is isolated in pairs. These measures ensure the reliability requirements of users.
