Data acquisition and monitoring control system 1. Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system is a control system composed of computer equipment, industrial process control components and networks, and carries out data acquisition, monitoring and control of industrial production processes. To ensure the normal operation of the industrial production process, it is the nerve center of basic industries such as electricity, petroleum, metallurgy, natural gas, railway, water supply, chemical industry, which are related to the lifeblood of the country. 2, SCADA system is mainly used to control decentralized equipment. SCADA systems integrate data acquisition systems, data transmission systems, and HMI software to provide a centralized monitoring and control system for the input and output of many processes. The SCADA system collects field information, passes it to a central computer device, and displays it graphically or in text to the operator so that the operator can monitor or control the entire system from a real-time, central location. 3, SCADA system is the basis and core of industrial control network scheduling automation system. SCADA is responsible for collecting and processing all kinds of real-time and non-real-time data in the operation of industrial control system, and is the main data source of various application software of industrial control network scheduling center. SCADA system includes real-time data acquisition, data communication, SCADA system support platform, front subsystem, background subsystem and so on. 4, a SCADA system is usually composed of a master station and several sub-stations (remote terminal unit RTU or other automation system). The master station is usually in the dispatch control center (master station end), and the sub-station is installed in the factory station end. The master station communicates with the sub-station through the WAN to complete data acquisition and monitoring control. In addition to receiving the information of the sub-stations, the master station also receives the information forwarded from the subordinate dispatching control center master station by means of data communication, and forwards the information of the master station to the superior dispatching control center master station. The plant terminal is the real-time data source of SCADA system and the control destination. The data collected by SCADA includes analog measurement, state measurement point and pulse accumulation. The main station of SCADA system is divided into front subsystem and background subsystem, which are connected through LAN and communicate with each other. The front subsystem mainly completes the communication with the plant terminal and other dispatching control center, and sends the obtained data to the background subsystem, which carries out data processing.
