Contactor, is a widely used switching appliance, using electromagnetic, pneumatic or hydraulic principle, through the control circuit to achieve the main circuit on and off. The contactor has the advantages of strong current breaking ability, rapid action, safe operation, frequent operation and remote control, but it cannot cut off the short circuit current, so the contactor must usually be used with the fuse. The main control object of the contactor is the motor, and it can also be used to control other electric loads, such as welding machines, electric furnaces, etc. There are many classification methods of contactors, which can be divided into electromagnetic contactors, pneumatic contactors and hydraulic contactors according to the different power sources of the driving contact system. It can also be divided into air contactors, oil immersed contactors and vacuum contactors according to the nature of the arc extinguishing medium. The working principle of the contactor is: when the contactor coil is energized, the coil current will generate a magnetic field, the magnetic field generated makes the static iron core produce electromagnetic suction to attract the moving iron core, and drives the AC contactor point action, the normally closed contact is disconnected, the normally open contact is closed, the two are linked. When the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic suction disappears, and the armature is released under the action of the release spring, so that the contact is restored, the normally open contact is disconnected, and the normally closed contact is closed. The working principle of a DC contactor is somewhat similar to that of a temperature switch.

Dc contactor permanent magnet mechanism Dc contactor as one of the widely used electrical switches, its production and demand is huge. In the normal use process, the electromagnet coil has been powered on, generating electromagnetic suction, ensuring that the iron core and armature are drawn, driving the moving and static contacts are closed, and the circuit is switched on. In the above process, the coil itself has resistance, continuous consumption of electric energy, which is one of the main use costs of DC contactor, waste a lot of energy and property, therefore, how to reduce the working energy consumption of DC contactor, is the key and difficult point of the study of DC contactor. Dc contactor permanent magnet operating mechanism is a hybrid operating mechanism developed on the basis of traditional DC contactor electromagnetic operating mechanism, combining electromagnetic operating mechanism and permanent magnet. It not only uses the original electromagnetic suction force and spring reaction force as the power of core attraction and separation, but also adds the attraction of permanent magnet to the core. The use of energy storage capacitor charge and discharge to provide closing and opening power is usually called "electromagnetic operation, permanent magnet retention, electronic control". In the process of opening and closing motion, electromagnetic suction, permanent magnet suction and spring force work together. In the stable working process, permanent magnet suction is used to replace the previous electromagnetic suction to maintain the suction state of the armature and the core. First, the permanent magnet operating mechanism saves a lot of power consumption of the holding coil, environmental protection and energy saving. Second, the permanent magnet keeps the suction compared with the electromagnetic suction, low noise and no pollution. Third, the permanent magnet operating mechanism eliminates a series of complex and cumbersome locking protection devices in the electromagnetic mechanism, greatly improving the working reliability of the contactor operating mechanism, reducing the production process and cost, and reducing the volume of the contactor.
