With the fractional re-sampling method, the NI PXIe-5413 can accurately create waveforms by using data sequences or by carrying out continuous streaming from a host-to-peer or peer-to-peer instrument within the PXI system. This Waveform Generator has advanced synchronization options, which makes it ideal in the testing of semiconductor devices, consumer electronics, automotive, and aerospace/defense. The NI PXIe 5413 supports frequencies up to 20 MHz. The step response rise time is measured at 14.8 ns. This PXI Waveform Generator features a clock, PFI I/O, triggers, and markers.
