The CompactLogix modular controller with part number 1769-L32E is a Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) that is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This module weighs around 2 pounds when it is shipped and measures 8 x 8 x 5 inches. The CompactLogix 1769 series may serve as migration platform for legacy Allen Bradley PLC series, PLC5 and SLC500. This controller uses a 1769-BA to retain user memory. Avoid complete discharging of the battery as this may result to wiping out the user memory including the user program.
