Fanuc A06B-6250-H030 power supply module. Manufactured from 2012 this aiPS 30HV is fitted on many machine tools throughout the world. Current ratings are 400VAC, 66amp and an output of 35kW. This module as all ai power supplies powers the amplifiers; assisting the displacment of regenerative load of the spindle motor when slowing/stopping. This drive has the A20B-2101-0820 pcb fitted. Further this module also powers the 24VDC circuit and DC bus bar for powering all of the spindles and servo amplifiers in the same drive circuit. DNC offer extensive testing on Fanuc ALPHA i Power modules, via either our 0i-TD or 0i-MD control system. Modules are designed and tested in accordance with standard performance regulations, so risks can be reduced by adopting new technologies. 4. If the integrated solution is used, the entire motherboard needs to be replaced when the power supply system fails. If a modular design is used, only the faulty module can be replaced, thus saving costs and development time.
