Fanuc ALPHA series A06B-6240-H105 servo drive services available at CNC. CNC offer testing, repair and exchange services for single axis ALPHA i generation Fanuc servo module aiSV 80 or aiSV 80-B which unlikle the aiPS and aiSP is correctly labelled as a servo module. Part of the 62xx wave of 400 VAC amplifiers. Fitted with many combination and ratings of spindle modules and powered from differing power supply’s dependent on machine size and type.
Repair and testing facilities are offered for Fanuc A06B6240H105 FSSB servo amplifiers, including closed loop with Fanuc oi-D/oi-F system and ai series drives and motors. Fanuc released two versions of these H105 modules. Namely the aiSV 80 which runs on earlier controls and later aiSV-80-B for the -B generation of controls and matching power modules and spindle amps.

If the servo system is divided according to function, there are metering servo and power servo system; Analog servo and power servo system; Position servo and acceleration servo system, etc. Electrical servo system according to the electrical signal can be divided into DC servo system and AC AC servo system two categories. AC servo system has two kinds of asynchronous motor servo system and synchronous motor servo system. The servo system is mainly composed of upper computer, servo amplifier, motor, driver, command mechanism and other parts. Upper computer: give instructions to the servo. Servo amplifier: receive and process the instructions of the upper computer, control the motor rotation Angle and speed. The servo motor is the actuator. (The encoder of the servo motor feeds back the Angle and speed of the motor rotation to the servo amplifier, forming a closed loop to ensure accuracy.) The driver is the power source of the motor, and the command mechanism is to send pulses or speed servo drivers.
