Fanuc A06B-6114-H209 ALPHA i Servo Amplifier module. This aiSV-80/80 generation is a dual channel GE Fanuc ai series servo module. This module controls various ai motor models from ai8/4000, aiS12/4000 and aiS22/3000 servo motors. Amplifier includes the following PCB’s A16B-2203-0673 wiring board and A20B-2100-0741 control pcb. Neither of the boards is available seperately. The aiSV-80/80 is a 90mm wide servo module fitted with internal cooling fan and external fan on ext.heatsink. Being a twin axis servo module of the ai series its fitted with many combinations of other servo and spindle amplifiers dependent how many axes and spindles are actuating the machine tool. This drive has a rated output of 19A amp on each axis; containing two 100amp transistor modules. Fitted with wiring board A16B-2203-0673 and FSSB control card A16B-2100-074x and later A16B-2101-004x. None of the boards are available separate, but transistors, battery pack, fuses and the internal fan are.

(4) will produce mechanical and motor noise. Coreless DC motor, many manufacturers use it for DC servo motor. The characteristics of coreless DC motor are as follows: (1) The rotor inertia is small. (2) The inductance of the motor coil is small and the rectification characteristics are good. (3) No slot torque is generated.
Power supply modules are power supplies that can be mounted directly on the printed circuit board. DC/DC power module
DC-DC is implemented with the idea of switching power supply. DC-DC has two types of buck and boost, here called buck. For example, enter 10V in DC-DC. In addition, the output of the stability module has a certain linear relationship with the input voltage, and the output voltage difference between the input 7V and the input 14V is relatively large.
