2.1 Power drive unit The power drive unit first rectifies the input three-phase power through the three-phase full bridge rectifier circuit to obtain the corresponding direct current, and then converts the inverter into controllable alternating current to drive the servo motor. The whole process of the power drive unit can be simply said to be the AC-DC-AC process. The main topological circuit of the rectifier unit (AC-DC) is the three-phase full-bridge uncontrolled rectifier circuit. 2.2 Control Unit The control unit is the core of the whole AC servo system, which realizes the system position control, speed control, torque and current controller. In addition to fast data processing capabilities, the digital signal processor (DSP) also integrates A wealth of application-specific integrated circuits for motor control, such as A/D converter, PWM generator, timing/counter circuit, asynchronous communication circuit, CAN bus transceiver, high-speed programmable static RAM and large capacity program memory. 2.3 Drive control Mode (1) PWM control (Shadik driver) PWM control technology: control the on-off and off-off of semiconductor switching devices, so that the output end can get a series of pulses with equal amplitude and unequal width, and use these pulses to replace sine waves or other required waveforms. By modulating the width of each pulse according to certain rules, the output voltage of the inverter circuit can be changed, and the output frequency can be changed.
