Actuator Current Ranges

• This FTM offers models tailored to three different actuator current ranges. Additionally, there is a high-voltage model, compatible with both 90 to 150 Vdc and 88 to 132 Vac power sources, and a low-voltage model designed for 20 to 40 Vdc.
• The high voltage model is distinguishable on the front panel, allowing for easy identification.

Reverse-Acting Systems and Actuator Control

• In reverse-acting systems, the actuator responds by increasing fuel flow when the actuator voltage decreases. Moreover, in cases of complete voltage loss to the actuator, it will automatically move to the full fuel position.
• This design ensures that a backup mechanical ballhead governor can assume control, preventing the prime mover from shutting down, as typically seen in direct-acting systems.

Optional Deceleration Ramp

• An optional deceleration ramp feature is available with this FTM. When enabled, it takes approximately 20 seconds to transition from rated speed to idle speed, enhancing control precision.

Precautions for PCB Removal

• In instances where you need to remove the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) from the control cabinet, it's crucial to exercise caution. Avoid touching any part of the PCB except its edges. Steer clear of the electrical conductors, connectors, or components, using only non-conductive devices. When replacing a PCB, keep it inside the provided plastic antistatic protective bag until installation.
• Immediately place the old PCB in the same protective bag after removal from the control cabinet.
• These precautions are essential to prevent damage and ensure the PCB's integrity during handling and replacement.
