Description
The GE DS200TCRAG1ACC is a relay output board designed by General Electric (GE) for the Mark V series steam turbine control system. Function and Application: As a relay output board, its main function is to convert digital signals into electrical relay operations to control other devices or perform specific operations. In the Mark V series steam turbine control system, it is used for precise control and monitoring to ensure the reliable operation of the system in an industrial environment. It is widely applied in fields such as industrial automation, power systems, process control, and manufacturing industries. For example, it can control the equipment on production lines, power switches, regulate parameters in chemical processes, and control manufacturing equipment.
Hardware Specifications:
Relays: There are 30 plug-in relays installed on the board, and the contact rating of each relay is 0.5 amperes.
Connectors: It has 4 34-pin connectors and 4 12-pin connectors. The IDs of the 34-pin connectors are JOR, JOS, JOT, and JO, and the IDs of the 12-pin connectors are JS3, JS4, JS5, and JS6, which are used to connect other devices or circuits.
Physical Characteristics:
Dimensions: Approximately 8.5 inches wide and 11 inches high (21.59 cm wide and 27.94 cm high), with 1 hole at each corner, which is used to fix the board to the rack cabinet of the driver with screws.
Weight: Approximately 0.36 kilograms.
Material: The material of the circuit board is relatively brittle and prone to cracking. It needs to be handled with care during installation, and it is preferably operated by two installers or maintenance personnel.
Other Features: It can be configured and customized in terms of hardware through the optional printed circuit boards DTBC and DTBD of the Mark V steam turbine control system series to meet the needs of different application scenarios. It operates in conjunction with the digital I/O core (used for 3 gas turbine control processors) or the general-purpose data processor. When it is in operation, the CSP of the Mark V series automation drive device receives signals to operate the relays.
