The BENTLY 1900/65A - 01 - 02 - 01 - 00 - 00 is a general-purpose equipment monitor produced by Bently Nevada, mainly used for the continuous monitoring and protection of industrial equipment. Functional Features Flexible Input Configuration: It has 4-channel vibration inputs, which can be connected to 2-wire and 3-wire velocity sensors, acceleration sensors, and Bently Nevada eddy current sensors. Each channel supports up to 4 variables and has independent integration and filtering control. The filtering of some variables can reach up to eight poles. At the same time, it has 4-channel temperature inputs, supporting E, J, K, and T-type thermocouples. Comprehensive Alarm and Output: It has two levels of alarms, namely Alert and Danger. It is equipped with 6 configurable relays with voting logic, which can trigger corresponding actions according to the operating status of the equipment. It provides 4 configurable 4 - 20mA recorder outputs, making it convenient to transmit the monitoring data to other devices for recording and analysis. It also has buffered sensor outputs, including 4 monitor outputs and 1 display device output. Convenient Communication and Configuration: An optional Modbus gateway enables the monitor to input information into clients such as Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). It uses Microsoft Windows®-based configuration software, and users can configure it through a laptop or PC, which is convenient and fast. It supports Modbus communication via Ethernet and software-configurable RS232/485 serial ports.

Application Scenarios
It is suitable for various industries such as petrochemical refineries, power plants, chemical plants, steel plants, water treatment plants, and paper mills. It can be used to monitor and protect equipment such as cooling tower fans, water pumps, blowers, motors, crushers, and air compressors.
Inputs The 1900/65A provides four transducer inputs and fourtemperature inputs. Software can configure each transducerinput to support 2- and 3-wire accelerometers, velocitysensors or proximity sensors. Each temperature inputsupports Type E, J, K, and T thermocouples, and 2- or 3-wireRTDs. Outputs The 1900/65A provides six relay outputs, four 4-20 mArecorder outputs, and a dedicated buffered output. The usercan use the 1900 Configuration software to configure therelay contacts to open or close according to the OK, Alert andDanger statuses of any channel or combination of channels,and to provide data from any variable from any channel onany recorder output. The dedicated buffer output can providethe signal for each transducer input. A Modbus Gateway option allows the monitorto provide static variables, statuses, event list,time and date information directly to anyModbus client, including Distributed ControlSystems (DCSs), Supervisory Control and DataAcquisition (SCADA) systems, ProgrammableLogic Controllers (PLCs), or System 1 software. The monitor uses an internal counter and aModbus client/master time reference togenerate time and date information. Users canupgrade monitors without the ModbusGateway by ordering the 1900/01Communications Upgrade (see the OrderingInformation section). The 1900/65A supportsModbus communications via Ethernet and asoftware-configurable RS232/485 serial port. Configuration The user defines monitor operation and theModbus Gateway register map by usingsoftware running on a laptop or PC to create aconfiguration file and download the file to themonitor through the built-in Ethernetconnection. The 1900/65A permanently storesconfiguration information in non-volatilememory, and can upload this information tothe PC for changes. Display Module The 1900/65A supports an optionaldisplay/keypad to view channel information ormake minor configuration changes. This allowsthe 1900/65A to operate as a stand-alonepackage. If desired, the user can mount thedisplay up to 75 metres (250 feet) from theMonitor Module.
