The B&R X20CP1486 is a high-performance central processing unit (CPU) module designed by B&R for the X20 system. Processor and Memory Processor: It adopts the Intel Celeron 650 processor, with an additional I/O processor and a floating-point unit (FPU), providing powerful processing capabilities. The L2 cache is 256KB, and the L1 cache for data and program code is 2x16KB. The fastest single-step instruction processing cycle of the system can reach 0.01μs, and the cycle of a single work task loop can reach 200μs. Memory: Equipped with 64MB of SDRAM and 1MB of SRAM. At the same time, a Compact Flash slot is provided, and Compact Flash can be used as erasable application memory, which is convenient for storing programs and data.

Installation Method: It supports both horizontal and vertical installation. There is no restriction on the installation height from 0 to 2000m above sea level. When it exceeds 2000m, the ambient temperature needs to be derated by 0.5°C for every 100m. The protection level is IP20.
Working Environment: The working temperature range is 0 to 55°C (for horizontal installation, it is 0 to 45°C without a fan; for vertical installation, operation without a fan is not allowed). The storage and transportation temperature range is -25 to 70°C. The relative humidity during operation, storage, and transportation is 5% to 95%, without condensation.
Dimensions: The width is 150mm, the height is 99mm, and the depth is 85mm. It has a compact shape and is suitable for installation in control cabinets with limited space.
